HOW IS OPTRIMAX PLUM DELITE MADE
Optrimax plum delite are are specially selected when the plums are
around 70 to 80 percent ripe. This is to guarantee that only high quality plums
are used for production.
After quality control, all premium plums undergo a
detailed pickling process. Optrimax plums are marinated in a
premium green tea, pu-erh tea,liquorice and probiotics for a period of six months.
All plums are micro-perforated before the pickling process.
This is to ensure that all the high quality ingredients are absorbed and for its excellent taste.

HOW TO TAKE OPTRIMAX PLUM DELITE
Optrimax plum delite can be taken once or twice a day after meals (lunch or dinner)
with at least 2 glasses of water.
For greater results, one should have at least 1.5 Liters of water per day.
CONTRAINDICATION (NOT RECOMMENDED)
Optrimax plum delite is not advisable for pregnant and breast feeding women
since the weight loss may hinder the nutrientsneeded for the baby.
Also not recommended for people with gastrointestinal illnesses.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
For promoting healthy bowel habits, take one to two plums a day.
For weight management (loss) purposes, take one plum after lunch or dinner
for a period of one month.
Stop for a week, before resuming the cycle again
Ang Optrimax plum delite ay walang overdose.
Dahil hindi ito gamot at wala ito masamang epekto sa kalusugan,
pwede itong kainin ng isa o dalawang beses sa isang araw pagkatapos kumain.
Siguraduhin lang na uminum ng 2 basong tubig pagka-kain nito para sa mabisang resulta.
Mas maganda din na uminum ng halos 1.5 Liters ng tubig sa isang araw para
makatulong sa paglabas ng mga dumi sa katawan.

Ang Optrimax plum delite ay hindi nire-rekomenda sa mga buntis o nagpapadede ng bata.
Dahil sa pag-pa-payat na epekto nito, possiblemailabas ng nanay ang mga sapat na sustansya kailangan ng sanggol. Ito rin ay hindi rekomendado sa mga tao may "intestinal diseases"

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Para sa regular na pagdumi, mainam na kumain ng 1-2 optrimax plum sa isang araw.
